Can I get a sample before I place my order?
We do not make custom embroidered samples before an order is placed. Your sample is estimated to take 1–2 weeks after payment, and we email you a photo for approval. Revisions are included. Please approve your sample or request changes within 7 business days of our review email. A request for changes within that period counts as a response. If we receive no response, we may proceed with bulk production using the latest sample sent. The deadline passing does not automatically approve your sample or start bulk production.

Is the beanie customizer free to use?
Yes, our beanie customizer is completely free. You can pick colors, upload logos, add text, and preview realistic mockups without paying anything or creating an account. You only pay if you decide to order.
Do I need to create an account to design a beanie?
No account or signup is required. Just open the designer, start customizing, and see your mockup in real time. You can save your design with a shareable link if you want to come back later.
What file formats can I upload for my logo?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) produce the sharpest embroidery results, but we'll optimize any file you upload.
Can I just create a mockup without placing an order?
Absolutely. Many people use our tool just to visualize beanie designs for presentations, social media, or team brainstorming. There's no obligation to buy. Design as many mockups as you like.
How does the custom embroidery process work?
After you place your order, our team reviews your artwork and optimizes it for embroidery. Your sample is estimated to take 1–2 weeks after payment, and we email you a photo for approval. Main production is estimated to take 4 weeks after sample review. Sample review, revisions and shipping transit are additional. Please approve your sample or request changes within 7 business days of our review email. A request for changes or an objection counts as a response and must be resolved before bulk production. If we receive no response, we may proceed with bulk production using the latest sample sent. The deadline passing does not automatically approve your sample or start bulk production. We handle background removal, thread-color selection, and quality checks at no extra cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 beanies. Volume discounts start at 100 beanies, with prices as low as $18.50 per beanie at 500+ units. You can enter any custom quantity to see your exact pricing.
Will my finished order look exactly like the mockup?
Digital mockups are visual guides, not exact representations of the finished product. Screen settings, lighting, fabric texture and thread sheen can affect color appearance. Beanie shape and fit can vary with size, materials and how the beanie is worn; embroidery detail, texture and placement may vary slightly when stitched. If an exact color match is essential, contact us before ordering. This does not excuse faulty goods or substantial differences from agreed specifications.

Can I cancel my custom order?
Customer-requested cancellations before bulk production begins incur a fee of 30% of the merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes. Once bulk production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.
Any remaining refundable balance will be returned to your original payment method.
Sampling and design preparation are separate from bulk production. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel so we can confirm your order’s current stage.
This policy does not limit your rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods, or any refund required by applicable law.
Are turnaround times guaranteed?
Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Material shortages, supplier or carrier delays, customs, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect timing.
