What happens next

  1. Order Confirmation
    Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. If your design isn't eligible for embroidery, our team will reach out within 24 hours.
  2. Sample Creation
    Our embroidery team will produce a sample with your logo(s). A photo of the sample will be shared within 3–5 days for your review.
  3. Revisions
    Your order includes 1 free revision. Additional revisions are available at $40 each.
  4. Production & Delivery
    After approval, full production takes 2–3 weeks, followed by standard shipping (5–7 days).

Yes. Each location adds $2.40 per cap. You can choose from Front, Left, Right, and Back placements.

No. There are no hidden setup fees. Your live price shown in the builder is exactly what you pay.

If something won't embroider cleanly, we'll email you before we sample. Minor adjustments are included at no charge.

That's outside the builder. Email us at sales@liftdown.com and we'll provide a custom quote.

All colors are currently in stock. If anything changes, we'll confirm timing before we begin production.
