Every order includes a sample photo for approval. Need one before ordering? Pre-order samples are $100 (photo) or $150 (shipped to you).

What file formats do you accept?

We accept SVG, PNG, PDF, and JPG. Vector files (SVG) are preferred for the cleanest embroidery results.

What if I want to customize a different cap style?
