Common Questions
Just 25 caps. You can mix and match any combination of our 24+ colors and all three sizes (Small, Regular, XL) within that 25-piece minimum. No per-color or per-size minimums.
Approximately 10-15 business days from mockup approval. We send free digital mockups first so you can see exactly how your design will look before we start production.
We offer embroidery on the front, back, and sides of the cap. Additional options include custom patches, custom interior taping, and woven labels. Our team will walk you through everything.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) work best for embroidery. If you only have a PNG or JPG, no problem. We'll convert it and send you a mockup to approve before production.
Pricing starts at $22.40 per cap for 25 pieces, with volume discounts up to 50% off at 500+ pieces. Embroidery for one location is included. We'll provide exact pricing in your custom quote.
Yes. Mention it in your quote request and we'll send you wholesale blank pricing. Minimums and turnaround times are the same.

Custom Caps FAq
The minimum order for custom hats is 25 hats. If you'd like to mix sizes or colors, you can choose up to two sizes or two colors for every 50 hats purchased. For custom designs with different thread colors, we may be able to accommodate your request—please reach out to our support team to confirm.
For example, if you’re ordering 50 hats, you can choose:
- Two hat colors: 25 hats in each color.
- Two hat sizes: 25 in Regular size and 25 in XL size.
We currently do not offer custom hat samples, either free or for a fee, prior to placing an order. However, once an order is placed, we’ll provide a sample within 5-7 business days to ensure the caps are programmed and sized correctly.
For large orders of 500+ hats, we may be able to make an exception and provide a custom sample free of charge or for a fee. Please contact us for more details.
We offer free mockups to give you a preview of the final product. To help us get started, please include your logos or designs in your inquiry, along with your preferred hat colors. This ensures we can create your mockups promptly after receiving your request.
Blank Hats
Wholesale blank hat orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our fulfillment center. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please include this in your inquiry, and we’ll provide details on our discounted expedited shipping options.
Custom Caps
A sample is typically provided within 5-7 business days after receiving your order. Once the sample is approved, production takes an additional 1-2 weeks.
We typically share a sample with customers within 5-7 business days of receiving their order. During the sampling process you can share your feedback in case the first sample is not exactly what you’re looking for. Once the sample is confirmed, we’ll start with production which takes 1-2 weeks.
