25 caps for the Classic Cap, 50 for the Wool Cap. Sizes mix freely inside that: there is no per-size minimum, so you can split an order across Small, Regular, and XL however you like. If you want more than one color in the same order, each color needs to meet that same minimum on its own.
No. We do not stitch custom embroidered samples before an order is placed. Your sample is the first step of the order itself: once you order, we embroider your design on a real cap and email you a photo to approve. Revisions are free and nothing goes into full production until you say yes.
About 10 to 15 business days from the moment you approve your sample photo. You always see a real stitched sample before the full run starts.
No. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG works too. Our team cleans up and preps your artwork before stitching.
