I really thought this hat (small) would fit, I'm 5ft and 115lbs so I know my head is pretty small but it still comes over my ears. However, I like the color and the quality.
When I ordered my hats there were three size choices, SMALL, regular, and XL. The smalls that I ordered and received did not fit so I was told that I could exchange them at no cost. I was advised to use the “return” site. Well when I did and tried to select size “regular”, the site wouldn’t allow me to. The only option it gave me XL. I want size “regular”. Their explanation was that this size is out of stock. So now I am stuck with two hats that I cannot use, meanwhile they are still advertising these same hats currently in al THREE sizes. I’m very upset with this kind of customer service. I just wasted money on their site.
Ordered 3 hats. One of the two tones arrived with the stitching undone on the corner of the trim about 2 inches, so can't wear it. Other than that, they are fantastic hats.
Perfect fit(regular). A sturdy,logo-less hat in a variety of great colors.

Finally a small hat for adults. Will be looking for a few other colors. Red would be nice.
I love baseball caps. Unfortunately, as a beautiful woman with high cranial capacity (in measured hats I am 7 7/8 size), the "one size fits all" labels have historically been very offensive to me. I cannot believe I found a beautiful, COMFORTABLE hat that shades my face really well, and it's by far the softest of any cap I've ever held. Buy this if your head is big, small or in between!

i am super picky about my baseball caps and these are the best i have ever worn. i bought 5 of them. perfect fit, great colors, and very comfortable. lots of compliments on the muted colors! just bought 3 more after receiving the first 5.

I don't know why I was given a big head. All other caps would sit too high on my head and made me look funny.
Lift caps in XL fixes that issue
My head is so small I have to buy kids hats! Tired of that. This size small fit me perfectly. No more ears pushed out. Love the soft material.
SO PLEASED with my oat/khaki two-tone classic! The customer service was fantastic too. This is the first time I have ever found a baseball-style cap that perfectly fits my oddly sized noggin. My head is smaller than most, and even fitted caps have been too large around my head, and the top/front would partially collapse. Even fitted caps had that problem, but the regular-size Lift Down is PERFECT. I have waited 64 years for this cap!
The customer service was outstanding too. Because I was so used to always needing the small size from other sources, I mistakenly assumed I would need Lift Down's small size. NOPE. It actually was significantly smaller than I needed, so I had to exchange it for the standard size, which did not disappoint in any way. Via email, Marielle in Customer Service was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I rapidly received a postage-paid USPS label to attach to the box in which I received the first cap. I left the package with the USPS the next day, and only 12 days later I already have my new cap.
The cost of a single cap (plus shipping) is kind of pricey — just over $30 — but had I known then what I know now, I would have FOUR awesome caps at a super price. I will never make that mistake again, and Lift Down will always be my one and only go-to.

I have a peanut head and can never find a hat, so I gave them a try. I measured my head and ordered the corresponding Regular size, which was still too big. I asked for an exchange to a Small and they promptly send me a prepaid USPS shipping label. I sent it back a few days later, and about a week after that, I have my new hat! It was a tiny bit tight but I stretched it out a bit and it fits perfectly - also a testament to the durability because I pulled it every which way to get the extra maybe 1/8" I needed. Faded, looks great, and I can now look like an adult wearing a hat!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I initially ordered the size based on the measurements they provided that ended up being almost comically large on me. But great customer service! The fact that they'll send you a prepaid shipping label for an exchange shows they really stand behind their product and know you'll get the right fit the second time.
I got a XL and it fits my large head really well. The fabric is really nice as well. Kudos to these guys for figuring out that one size doesn’t fit all.
I was skeptical, buttook advantage of your sale to purchase FOUR Lift Down caps and they all worked out great! I got the regular but have a friend who needs large caps, and suggested they give you a try!
Bought two; shoulda gotten 3! Great fit and feel. Fairly quick delivery. I’m a happy camper!
