Shipping confirmation

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Domestic orders

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

International orders (non-US)

Orders under $50 have a $7 shipping fee. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping.

International orders (non-US)

Warranty & repair

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All Lift Down products go through a rigorous quality control process and are covered by our warranty against manufacturing, design, or material defects. If you notice any defects, please contact us within 2 months of receiving your order.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or issues unrelated to manufacturing.
