Communication

The hat is exactly what I thought it would be. It is a very nice hat to date. I like the material and that it is machine washable.
But, what I didn’t like was the lack of communication of “Product shipping”. Got nothing on that except an email of proof of purchase and that you would notify me once product ships. That didn’t happen. Two weeks later, it was on my door step. If you tell me, in an email, you are going to provide me info on when it is shipped, then do so. Happy customer….

Love these hats

I always have trouble finding hats that fit. I bought one of these and liked it so much I bought 3 more in different colors. Very comfortable and breathable.
