A six-panel washed cotton cap with an unstructured front. Soft from the first wear, and it takes embroidery cleanly. 27 colorways, including five two-tone.

Wool Cap
A six-panel cap in premium wool, lined with satin-cotton. Substantial without the bulk, and it reads premium across a room. 12 colorways.

After sample approval, Classic and Wool caps ship in 10–15 business days. Ripstop and Beanie production takes about 4 weeks. We send tracking when your order ships.

Common questions
Classic starts at 25 caps per color. Wool, Ripstop, and Beanie start at 50 per color. Mix available sizes within each color: Classic in Small, Regular, and XL; Wool in Regular and XL; Ripstop in Regular; Beanie in one size.
No. We do not stitch custom embroidered samples before an order is placed. Your sample is the first step of the order itself: once you order, we embroider your design on a real cap and email you a photo to approve. Revisions are free and nothing goes into full production until you say yes.
Classic and Wool production takes about 10–15 business days after sample approval. For Ripstop and Beanie, allow 4–6 weeks overall: 1–2 weeks for the sample and about 4 weeks for production after approval.
No. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG works too. Our team cleans up and preps your artwork before stitching.
Design front, back, or side embroidery on Classic, Wool, and Ripstop caps. The Classic Beanie configurator supports front cuff embroidery. For patches, interior taping, woven labels, or other custom requests, use the quote form.
