General Order Questions
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. If you can’t find it, please try the following:
- Search your inbox for "Lift Down Shipping Confirmation" or "Lift Down Order Confirmation."
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still can’t locate it, please contact us here.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for you to track your order. You will also receive notifications when your order is out for delivery or marked as delivered by the carrier.
We accept payments from major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
Our system supports most globally recognized currencies, and you will be charged in your local currency at standard exchange rates. For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us here.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
Domestic Orders:
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
International Orders (Non-US):
International shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
Domestic Orders:
Orders under $45 have a $5 shipping fee. Orders over $45 automatically qualify for free shipping.
International Orders (Non-US):
Shipping rates are based on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Orders:
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $45.
International Orders (Non-US):
Free shipping is not available for international orders at this time.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Returns & Refunds
We offer both full and partial refunds. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us directly. Please note that refunds and returns are currently not available for wholesale orders ($250+)
Requests for refunds can be made within one month of purchase.
Warranty & Repair
All Lift Down products go through a rigorous quality control process and are covered by our warranty against manufacturing, design, or material defects. If you notice any defects, please contact us within 2 months of receiving your order.
Note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or issues unrelated to manufacturing.
