For custom Classic Caps, each color requires at least 25 caps. You can split that quantity among the available Small, Regular and XL sizes. The same design is embroidered across the colors in your mix.

Small lettering, fine lines and intricate details may need simplifying for embroidery. Our team can help with those adjustments.

Questions about custom caps
What is the minimum custom order?
Custom Classic Cap orders start at 25 caps per color. You can mix available Small, Regular and XL sizes within each color. This minimum applies to the Classic Cap; requirements for other styles differ.
Can I review an embroidered sample before the full run?
Yes. The sample is part of your order: after you place it, we stitch your design on a real cap and email you a photo. Revisions are included; 25-cap Classic orders include up to two revision rounds.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. The Classic Cap designer lets you choose colors, upload a logo or add text, and preview a digital mockup for free. The mockup is a visual guide; fabric texture, thread and screen settings can affect how the finished embroidery looks.
How long should I allow for my order?
Check the current sample and production estimates in the designer. Timing also depends on sample review, revisions and shipping. If you have a required arrival date, tell us about your project before ordering so we can confirm what is feasible.
How do I approve my sample?
Please approve your sample or request changes within seven business days of our review email. A request for changes or an objection within that period counts as a response and must be resolved before bulk production.
If we receive no response, we may proceed using the latest sample sent. The deadline passing does not automatically approve your sample or start bulk production.
