How it works.
Four steps from brief to delivery, including sample review before production.
Brief
You share artwork, quantity, sizes, and timing. We reply with quote and a proposed schedule.
Mockup
Digital proof of decoration on cap, with placement and color callouts. Iterate until you sign off.
Sample
We send a digital sample photo for your review. Physical sample available on request. Please approve your sample or request changes within 7 business days of our review email. A request for changes within that period counts as a response. If we receive no response, we may proceed with bulk production using the latest sample sent. The deadline passing does not automatically approve your sample or start bulk production.

Full run produced, packed, and shipped to your destinations. One contact through delivery.
