Can I get a sample before I place my order?
No. We do not stitch custom embroidered samples before an order is placed. Your sample is the first step of the order itself: once you order, we embroider your design on a real cap and email you a photo to approve. Revisions are free and nothing goes into full production until you say yes.

Is the hat customizer free to use?
Yes, our hat customizer is completely free. You can pick colors, upload logos, add text, and preview realistic mockups without paying anything or creating an account. You only pay if you decide to order.
Do I need to create an account to design a cap?
No account or signup is required. Just open the designer, start customizing, and see your mockup in real time. You can save your design with a shareable link if you want to come back later.
What file formats can I upload for my logo?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) produce the sharpest embroidery results, but we'll optimize any file you upload.
Can I just create a mockup without placing an order?
Absolutely. Many people use our tool just to visualize cap designs for presentations, social media, or team brainstorming. There's no obligation to buy. Design as many mockups as you like.
How does the custom embroidery process work?
After you place your order, our team reviews your artwork and optimizes it for embroidery. We then produce a sample cap and send you a photo for approval. Once you approve, we complete production and ship — typically 2–3 weeks total. We handle background removal, color matching, and quality checks at no extra cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 caps. Volume discounts start at 100 caps, with prices as low as $20.50 per cap at 500+ units. You can enter any custom quantity to see your exact pricing.
