What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 25 caps. Sizes mix freely inside that, so you can split an order across Small, Regular, and XL however you like. The designer shows your exact pricing for any quantity.

Can I get a sample before I place my order?

Your sample is the first step of the order itself: once you order, we embroider your design on a real cap and email you a photo to approve. Revisions are free and nothing goes into full production until you say yes.

Are there setup or art fees?

No. Front embroidery, digitizing, background removal, and shipping are included. You only pay for the caps.

What file formats can I upload for my logo?

PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Vector formats give the sharpest embroidery, but we optimize any file you upload.

How long does production take?

About 10 to 15 business days from the moment you approve your sample photo.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open the designer, customize your cap, and see your mockup in real time. You can save your design with a shareable link.
