My first order was for a large hat, but the fit was odd and had extra fabric, so I left a critical review. Liftdown proactively reached out and offered to send me the same hats in a regular size. Even though my head measurement technically fell into the large size category, the regular size fit much better.

The customer service was excellent, and the hats themselves are high quality—I especially love that they’re logo-free. My only suggestion is that the size chart might be a little off, though that could just be unique to me.

I have a small head and regular caps just never fit right.

A regular baseball cap even on its smallest setting is still a little bit big for me. This hat is adjustable and fits perfectly. I liked it so much. I bought a second one.

The hats themselves fit really well, and have a metal buckle for adjustment and not those velcro straps.
Customer service is exceptional. They run a "buy 3, get 1 free". I contacted them and said I wanted to buy 2 hats, see if I like them, and THEN buy 2 more. Asked if I could still get the get 1 free deal if I do it that way. They said absolutely.
I did this by email. They said just let us know when you're buying the 3rd and 4th hats.
I received the 1st 2 hats, liked them, and emailed them back using the same email thread, told them which hats I was buying (model, color, size). They set up a purchase order and sent me the link. Everything was in there as promised. I paid for 1 of the 2 hats. Everything went without a hitch, and I had those hats within a couple of days.
In a world where customer service barely exists anymore, Liftdown get it!
