How to measure your head
Run a soft tape around your head, just above your ears and across the middle of your forehead. Keep it snug, not tight. Compare that measurement with the ranges above. The ranges overlap because each size is adjustable.

Absolutely. Choose a color and size, then add one cap at a time. The four-cap offer is optional. The picker shows the price for the cap you are adding.

Can I mix colors and sizes?
Yes. Pick any combination. Choose the color and size for each cap before adding it to your cart. You can review quantities and remove items in your bag.
What if I choose the wrong size?
We offer free size exchanges for eligible orders. Email info@liftdown.com to arrange an exchange before sending anything back. Keep the cap unworn, with its barcode sticker, hat shaper insert and original packaging.
Refund returns have different terms, including return-label costs and a 10% restocking fee. Read the full return and exchange policy.
When will it arrive?
For US orders, the published delivery estimate is 2–7 business days. Preorder colors follow the shipping information shown when you select them. Free US shipping applies to orders over US$50; international and wholesale shipping terms differ.
How do I clean my cap?
