9.7 oz cotton twill, six panel, metal buckle
Quality First.
This is the cap you picture when you picture a cap. Most versions are built to be printed on and thrown out. This one is built to be worn for years. Here is the difference, part by part.
01
Takes Your Shape, Not A Factory's
9.7 oz cotton twill with no stiffener behind the front panel. A structured cap arrives with its shape already decided and looks the same on everyone. This one has enough body to stand up on its own, then settles into your head over a few wears and stays there. Lighter cotton skips that step and just goes flat.
9.7 oz, unstructured
02
A Bill That Keeps Its Shape
The stiffener inside the bill is the part nobody sees and the first thing to fail on a cheap cap. Ours holds its curve through rain, sweat, and years of getting crushed into a bag. Bend it where you want it and it stays there.
Pre-curved, premium bill inner
03
Adjust It Once
A flat metal buckle and a tuck loop, not plastic teeth. Set it once and it stays set.

20+ colorways and growing, 100% cotton
Inspired By Nature.
The palette is the reason most people buy a second one. It runs from the greens, sand, and clay you would expect, through faded water blues, out to the reds and pinks of what grows there. Drawn from places rather than from a trend forecast.
Pick the product in this section's settings. Colorways are read from its Color option.
Core colors are restocked season over season, so a favorite is still there next year. Screens vary, so treat these as close rather than exact.
Nothing on the front, nothing on the back
Plain & Unbranded.
Look at a cap you actually like. There is something on it, a patch on the back, a tab on the side, a small mark somewhere. Quality caps are branded caps, and the ones with nothing on them are usually the cheap ones printed by the case.
This is the third option. Nothing on the front, nothing on the back, nothing on the side, built to the standard of the caps that do have something to say.

Worn twice a week for three years, this comes out under three cents a wear. The blank does not last that long and the logo cap costs double to say someone else's name.
Three sizes, 20 1/2 to 24 3/8 in
One Size Fits Nobody.
Most caps come in one size and a strap, which means most caps fit one head properly. This one comes in three, each with its own crown height. Measure once and you are done.
Same head in all three photos. It measures about 22 1/2 in (57 cm), which sits in the middle of Regular, so Regular is the correct size on him and the other two show what a size off looks like.
One size down on him
Small
- Circumference
- 20 1/2 to 22 1/8 in
- Metric
- 52 to 56 cm
Built for smaller heads. Not a kids cap, not a tightened one-size-fits-all. The Small is a real size, with a shorter crown and tighter fit out of the box.
His size
Regular
- Circumference
- 22 1/8 to 23 3/8 in
- Metric
- 56 to 60 cm
The everyday default. If standard caps fit you fine, this is the same range, sized correctly without compromise on crown height.
One size up on him
X-Large
- Circumference
- 22 7/8 to 24 3/8 in
- Metric
- 58 to 62 cm
For bigger heads or thick hair. A taller crown. Fits without the strap maxed at its loosest setting.
Run a soft tape around your head just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, snug but not tight. The ranges overlap slightly on purpose. If you land in a gap between two sizes, most people are happiest in Regular.

Straight Answers.
How do I pick the right size?
Run a soft tape around your head just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead. Small covers 20 1/2 to 22 1/8 in (52 to 56 cm), Regular 22 1/8 to 23 3/8 in (56 to 60 cm), X-Large 22 7/8 to 24 3/8 in (58 to 62 cm). The ranges overlap slightly. If you land between two sizes, most people are happiest in Regular.
What if the size is wrong?
Size exchanges are free. Tell us the size you need and we send it out.
How does the color hold up?
Worn regularly, these settle in rather than wear out. Some colorways soften a shade over a long summer of sun, which most people like. Keep it out of the washing machine and out of the dryer.
Why is there no logo on the front?
Quiet by design. A plain front panel goes with everything and dates nothing.
Can I mix colors in the four pack?
Yes. Pick a color for each cap in the hero above, in any combination of sizes. All four go into one cart and the fourth comes off at checkout.
When will it arrive?
Orders leave within one business day. Domestic delivery is typically three to five business days, with free shipping over $50.
