Perfect cap for hard-to-fit and smaller heads!
The size small of this hat is the ONLY baseball style cap that has ever fit my head. Youth hats are too small and "regular" and adjustable caps are never shallow enough to fit above my ears. This hat is perfect -- the diameter is adjustable without being too loose or too tight and the depth is perfect. The cotton fabric is comfortable and breathable. I need it in every color!

I love these hats - I wear 6 7/8 hat size and it's very difficult to find small caps that fit. These are quality caps - all cotton none of that plastic mesh. Very well made. I hope more colors are available soon - like olive green would nice. Very happy with my purchase and I'll be buying more!

How we made a small cap
Not A Scaled-Down Cap.
Most small options are kids caps or a one-size cap cinched tight. The Small is a real size, built from research and a lot of customer feedback, with every proportion resized rather than shrunk.
Custom brim
A narrower bill, cut for the smaller crown. A full-size bill on a small cap is the giveaway that it was shrunk, not designed.
Proportionate crown
Crown depth and circumference are resized together, so it sits at the right height instead of riding up or swallowing the ears.

No. The Small is an adult cap for heads measuring 20 1/2 to 22 1/8 in (52 to 56 cm), with adult proportions: a shorter crown and a narrower brim, sized together.
What if Small is not my size?
Measure first: the Small runs 20 1/2 to 22 1/8 in, about a 6 1/2 to 7 fitted. Above that, the Regular is your cap. If one is already on its way, size exchanges are free. Tell us the size you need and we send it out.
How do I measure my head?
Run a soft tape, or a piece of string you then measure flat, around your head just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead. Match the number to the ranges in the size guide above.
Can I mix colors in a pack?
