Shipping & Delivery
For domestic orders, shipping may take up to 5 business days, while foreign orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive. However, please note that shipping times may be longer than usual due to global supply chain challenges.

Warranty & Repair
We perform quality control on all our products, and our warranty guarantees protection against any manufacturing, design, or material defects. If you encounter any such defects, kindly inform us within 2 months.
However, please note that our guarantee does not cover damages resulting from blows, improper use, or other non-manufacturer related issues
You have the option of adding an extended warranty to your products for an extra charge.

We extend our lifetime guarantee to all customers in the United States, irrespective of the quantity of caps purchased, except for wholesale orders. Customers who wish to take advantage of our lifetime guarantee are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with receiving replacement items.
Returns & Refunds
We provide both full and partial refunds, and you can learn more about our Refund Policy by contacting us. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept refunds or returns for wholesale orders ($250+).
Requests for refunds can be made within one month of purchase.
If you wish to receive a refund, you can do so within one month of receiving your order. Please note that shipping and handling costs may apply, depending on your order size and shipping address.
