Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in the same condition as received. Return shipping fees apply, and a restocking fee may be charged.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping label that is provided by the store. A 15% restocking fee applied to returns.
NOTE: Wholesale orders (25+ units) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for both return and replacement apply.
Non-US: We do not offer return services, but damaged items can be exchanged. Send a photo of the damage to our Support team.
US Only: Returns are not free. Orders are subject to shipping & handling fees. Contact our support for more details.
Once a return is approved and received, you can expect a refund, exchange, or credit within 1-3 business days.
